She was predeceased by: her husband Donald A. Noel; her parents, Fred G. Klunk and Florence Klunk (Rinehart) of New Oxford; her brothers, Wayne W. Klunk and Warren G. Klunk; and her brother-in-law Joseph Poist.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. Noel (Deborah) of East Berlin, Fred A. Noel (Richard Fredin) of Pittsburgh and Alicia N. Wong (Jonathan); her granddaughter Janet M. Noel; her grandson-in-law Bernard C. Brady (Barney); her siblings, Fred R. Klunk of Carlisle, James Klunk (Patricia) of Queenstown, Maryland, Rosalie Poist of Tuscaloosa and Christine Rohrbaugh (Terry) of York; and her sisters-in-law, Maryann Klunk of Hanover and Jane Klunk of Hanover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
