She was predeceased by: her parent Bernard Noel; her grandson Matthew Kisner; and her siblings, Gene Noel, Jackie Smith, Bernie Noel and Marlene McWilliams.

She is survived by: her parent Viola Noel (Pittinger); her children, Dean Lucabaugh of Hanover, Wayne Lucabaugh (Julie) of Hanover, Melissa Kisner (Richard) of Bloomsburg and Mitchell Lucabaugh of Bloomsburg; and her siblings, Frank Noel (Marti), Steve Noel and Charlotte Long.
