It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra L. Small of McSherrystown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Gwendolyn Small; her siblings, Clifford "Mick" Leppo and Sally Shipley; and her parents, William C. Leppo and Helen A. Leppo.
She is survived by: her spouse Pius A. "Butch" Small; her son Philip Small (Lynne); her grandchildren, Nathan Small and Kelly Wildasin; and her foster children, Barb Smith, Wanda Johnson, Roy Rengier and Mary Huff.
