She was predeceased by: her father Joseph P. McCullough. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn McCullough (Mentzer); her husband Peter S. Noel; her children, Jessica M. Noel (Robert Dwyer), Joseph P. Noel, Jennifer A. Noel, Jamie S. Noel and Julie T. Noel; and her siblings, Cathy Katz and Michael McCullough.
