He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Yantis (Kidder); his parents, Adrian Yantis and Kathryn Yantis (Cromer); his granddaughter Evelyn; and his siblings, Timothy Yantis, Jillian Thompson and Jane Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Yantis, Jr. (Claire) of Harrisburg, Michelle M. Abbadessa (Frank) of Walnutport and Jennifer R. Sanders (Adam) of Jacobus; his grandchildren, Thomas, Benjamin, Grace, Ian, Zachary and Dylan; and his brother Thomas Yantis (Nancy).
