He is survived by: his wife Constance M Hartlaub (Spangler); his sister Martha (Lester); his children, Jeffery W. Hartlaub of Hanover and Michelle L. Rineman (William) of Hanover; and his grandchildren, Kayla M. Lawrence (Drew Lawrence), Ashley N. McIntyre (Gerard), Matthew W. Rineman, Jason Hartlaub and Krystal Hartlaub. He is also survived by his 7 great grandchildren.
