He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Blucher (Henneman); his daughters, Lindsay Marie Zorbaugh of York, PA and Kristen A. McWilliams of Hanover; and his siblings, Barbara Bonsall of Gettysburg, Kenny and Steven Blucher of Baltimore. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
