He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas Weaver; and his parents, Cyril F., Sr. and Irene C. Weaver (O'Donnell). He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Weaver (Swope); his children, Duane Weaver (Lisa) of Littlestown, Jeanine Weaver (Chad Mummert) of Hanover and Kerry Weaver of State College; his grandchildren, Brandon, Jazmine, Brooklyn, Tavian and Lyric; and his siblings, Anthony, Thomas, Andrew Weaver, Mary Murren, Patricia Markle, Judith Bollinger, Cecelia Tavares and Anna Lescalleet. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
