Clements was predeceased by: parents, Adam Wojtulewicz and Jeanette Truszkowski Wojtulewicz; wife Betty Ann Ripper Wojtulewicz; son Joseph Clements Wojtulewicz; and sister Marianna Wojtulewicz.
Clements is survived by: daughters, Mary Beth Wojtulewicz of Baltimore, MD, Jane Marie Barvir (John) of Smithsburg, MD, Christine Frances Finnie (Donald) of Josephine, TX, Barbara Ann Mott (Robert) of Carlisle, PA and Theresa Louise Brink of Plano, TX; and siblings, Hedwig Elizabeth Sliwka of Baldwin, MD and Adam Jacob Wojtulewicz of Joppa, MD. Clements is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
