He is survived by: his spouse Teresa Hertz (Miller); his parent Anna M. Hertz (Hemler); and his children, Gary Hawn (Carolyn) of Houston, TX, Thomas Hawn (Veronica) of Hanover, Sharon Shaw of Bel Air, MD, Daniel Hertz (Pam) of Glenville and Kathy Darden of York.
