He was predeceased by: his parent Julia Nowinowski; his son Bruce Nowinowski; and his son-in-law Kent Shaffer. He is survived by: his parent Anthony Nowinowski; his spouse Majorie Nowinowski; his children, Anthony Nowinowski (Dee), Cyndi Skarzenski, Juliann Shaffer (Kent), Melinda Hindman and Chris Nowinowski (Noreen); and his sibling Helen O'Baggy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Wallace's name to the Peters Township Public Library, 616 E. McMurray Road, McMurray, PA 15317.
