He was predeceased by: his parents, Regis Farley and Jean Farley (Gill). He is survived by: his wife Bich (Le); his children, Bob, Don (Jen), Shannon and Ashley (Rob); his grandchildren, Mason, Olivia, Carter and Laken; and his brother Terence R. (John).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans.
