He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Sarah; his parents, Mildred and Thomas Kelly Sr.; and his sister Mildred Spirko. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kelly (Zebo); his children, Thomas Kelly (Peg), Mark Kelly (Cathy), Douglas Kelly (Kim) and Proud; his grandchildren, Brandon, Adam, Chad, Jenna, Ryan, Lauren, Logan, Dylan and Austin; and his siblings, Darlene Foster (Stan), Kathleen Kelly and Jean Garland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
