He was predeceased by: his parent Max Cornelius Lienhardt. He is survived by: his spouse Jane; his children, Scott Lienhardt (Phyllis), Amy Farrar (Chris) and Proud; his grandchildren, Kate Farrar, Mark Lienhardt and Shawn Lienhardt; and his parent Gladys Margarethe.
