She was predeceased by: her parents, John Markosky and Martha Suddoth Markosky; and her daughter Dana Lesniakowski. She is survived by: her husband Larry Lesniakowski; her sons, Brian Lesniakowski (Jodi), Todd Lesniakowski (Mary Jo) and Jim Schultz (Christina); her grandchildren, Lauren Zeffiro (Phil), Ashley Lesniakowski, Zachary and Jared Lesniakowski; and her siblings, Mary Jo Sentner (Fred), Barbara Kadrie (Joe) and Jay Markosky (Denise). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
