She is survived by: her grandmother Beatrice Davidson Schipke; her husband John Gerald Kubeck; her sister Darlien Florence Coleman Belko; her half-brothers, Charles Stackpole and George Stackpole; her children, Kenneth John Kubeck, Wayne Edward Kubeck (Julie), John George Kubeck (Traci) and Christine Lynn Kubeck Yankel (Joseph); her grandchildren, Nicole Lynn Kubeck, Summer Anastasia Greene, Joseph Patrick Yankel, Ethan Christopher Yankel, Isaac John Yankel and Marianna Rose Kubeck; her half-siblings, Mariane Stackpole White, Georgene Stackpole Sherman and David Stackpole; her nieces, Christine Belko and Stephanie Freeman; and her nephew Matthew Freeman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to the Hillman Cancer Center, where the researchers, doctors, nurses, and staff worked tirelessly and lovingly to give Patricia more time to enjoy life.
