She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmar and Aino Karstunen (Krook); her son William T. Zalewski; her grandson Gage Blanish; her great great grandchild Lillian Conley; her sister Norma Estok; and her close friend Lee Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Chester J. Zalewski of McMurray, Carmela Yuhas (Robert) of West Newton, David Zalewski of Washington and Anita Cindrich of Elizabeth Twp. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews.
