She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sam Snedeker and Grace Britt Snedeker; her spouse William H. Balsinger; her son Robert Balsinger (Sue) of South Park; and her siblings, William Snedeker (Sharon), Frank Snedeker (Diane), Andrew Snedeker (Bonnie) and Judy Heck (Danny).
