She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Collins, Sr.; her son Leonard Collins, Jr.; her sister Eleanor Morton (late William); and her nephew William "Billy" Fonsville. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dionne Pruitt (Julian), Lechelle Stringa (Johnny), Leonette Brown (Kevin) and Raymond Peters (Donna); her great grandchildren, Chaz Perkins, Darrion Perkins, Keyera Peters, Joshua Brown, Jayla Brown, Dustin Peters and Cheyenne Peters; and her great great grandchildren, Aniyah Perkins, Reign Perkins, Phoenix Perkins and Cameron Perkins. She is also survived by numerous cousins and other relatives.
