She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Ralph S. Thompson; her children, Sharon Hlawati, Leslie Fleming (Barry) and Kimberly Bokenkamp; her siblings, Robert Dengler and James Dengler; her nephews, Jimmy, Joe and Rick Dengler; and her niece Nicole Martin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ruthfred Lutheran Church Pastor's and/or Scholarship Fund.
