He was predeceased by: his child Brian; his sibling Thomas; his sibling-in-law Mary Rovilea; and his parent Joseph Sr. He is survived by: his spouse Annette Devine; his child Jeffrey Devine (Jeff Watson); his grandchildren, Kristin Devine and Danielle Devine; his sibling Albert; his sibling-in-law JoAnn Maier (Jerry); and his parent Margaret Devine, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces.
