He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond Yakubic. He is survived by: his parent Jeanne Yakubic of Rostraver Township; his wife Pam; his children, Kelly Baldassare (Craig) of McMurray and John Yakubic (Sarah) of Doylestown, PA.; his grandchildren, Jackson, Graycin, Griffin Baldassare, Annika, Benjamin and Emilia Yakubic; and his siblings, Kathy Smith (Ron) and Rick Yakubic (Karen). He is also survived by his grandchildren from the sidelines, taking an adventure with his son, cooking with his beloved wife, or spending an afternoon laughing with his daughter.
