He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Denny (Teri Dixon), Kenny (Kim) and Jeanine Leech; his siblings, Erma McMaster (late Lou), Dave Leech (Anna), MaryAnn Mikec (Tom), Ron Leech (Carol), Bob Leech (late JoAnn), Eddie Leech (Doreen) and Ruth Johnson; his grandchildren, Kayla McNamara (Dan) and Kourtney; and also Mary Lou Smith. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
