He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Fornof; his son Donald Fornof; and his siblings, Ruby Blackburn, Garnet Reed and John Fornof.
He is survived by: his children, Lorraine Fornof, Kenneth Fornof (Jennifer) and Jill Miller (David); his grandchildren, Thomas, McKayla, McKenna and Darren; and his siblings, Patricia Clapp (Harry), Adamae Gilmore (late Harry) and Adam Fornof (late Esther). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
