He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Pine and Janice W. Pine. He is survived by: his wife Mary Held Pine; his children, Andrew Charles Pine of New York City and Margaret Mary "Maggie" Pine of Lexington, KY; his pet Beau; and his sibling Dale W. Pine of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, and many many cherished friends.
