He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Meyer (Michenzi); his daughters, Jennifer Lynn Johnston (Dana) and Michelle Lee Meyer; his grandchild Zackary Robert Johnston; and his sister Joan M. Cisko. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
