He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Morgan and Alberta Morgan; and his siblings, Ann Heilman of Baltimore, Elaine Wiethorn of Mt. Lebanon and Dr. Ed Morgan of Morgantown.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Morgan; his daughters, Julie (Lloyd Lane) and Catie (Nathaniel Rasmussen); his grandsons, William, Maxwell, Brendan Lane, Owen and Leo Rasmussen; and his siblings, John (Pricilla Morgan), Ray (Suanne Morgan), Mary Frances Morgan of Mt. Lebanon and Mark (Barbara Morgan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
