We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2024, at the age of 63, Dale Richard Opeka of McMurray, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale Richard Opeka to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his aunt Elsie Chesnik; and his parents, Lillian Opeka, and John Opeka, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Corinne "Rene" Opeka (Evans); his sons, Evan Opeka and Ross Opeka (Peyton Roy) of McMurray; his sister Nancy Barnard (Bill) of Upper St; his aunts and uncles, Terri Opeka of Denver, CO, Jennie Zuzek, Frank Opeka and Matthew Opeka (Jean); and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Sarnicke (Samuel) and Karen Pfeil (Eric). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Peters Township Library (https://ptlibrary.org) or rushtocrushcancer.org that were close to Dale's heart, reflecting his lifelong commitment to community and helping others.
