She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Blakney and Irene Blakney. She is survived by: her sister Darlene Winkelman; her son Jamie Smith (Judy); her grandchildren, Abby, Justin and Nate Smith; her nephew Lanny Prosper; and her niece Stacey Worling.
Due to COVID-19, a private visitation and service will be held for close family and friends on Tuesday December 22, 2020, from 1 p. m. to 2 p. m., at BEINHAUERS, 2828 Washington Rd., McMurray (724-941-3211).
