Stugart; his niece Heidi Stugart-Batson (Dave); his great-niece Julia N. Wagner; and his great-nephew James M. Wagner.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to either Light of Life Rescue Mission or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
