She was predeceased by: her parents, William Michael and Helen Elizabeth Griffin (McCartney); her husband Richard M. Evans; and her sister Nancy McElroy. She is survived by: her son John F. "Jack" Egan (Karen) of Eighty Four, PA; her stepchildren, Brian R. Evans (Nancy) of Herndon, VA, Steve R. Evans (Becky) of Peters Twp, Laurie Carrol (Joe) of Arden, NC and Patricia Ann DeVos (Dan) of Plymouth, MN; and her brother-in-law Richard McElroy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew; many cousins and all of her dear friends.
