He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Sr. Bloom and Vivian G. Bloom (Condon); and his brother Gerald Bloom Sr. (Jim). He is survived by: his family Harleys; his wife Judie Bloom (Sala); his children, Michael Sorrentino (Christine) of Lowber, PA, Kristina Snyder (Roy) of Prattsburgh, NY, Michele Butler (Rod) of East McKeesport and Renee Short (Brian); his grandsons, Brian and Zachary Short of Irwin; and his siblings, Mildred L. "Cis" Dixon (Alvin) of Corsicana, TX and Charles F. Tina Bloom Jr. (Fred) of Curwensville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
