He was predeceased by: his parents, Albino Maldonado and Cecilia Yniguez (Kelly); and his siblings, Albino "Sonny" Maldonado, Robert Maldonado, Daniel Maldonado, Harry Maldonado and Elvira Carter (Yniguez).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Maldonado (Ackerman); his children, Albert Maldonado (Lori), Thomas Maldonado (Melissa), Kara Maldonado, John Wood, Peggy Wood and Patty Skipper (Ray); and his brothers, Apollo Yniguez, Jim Yniguez and Gil Yniguez (Pat). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many family members.
