She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wills and Marie Slagy Mansfield Wills; her children, Meredith Carter, David Carter and Peter Hinick; and her brother Merle Wills.
She is survived by: her son Tom Carter (Sue) of Elizabeth Township; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Kelly and Heather Carter. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
