She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Mayfield and Mary Mayfield; her husband Robert Sidney; and her brothers, Robert, Kenneth and David Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Simko (Gary); her grandson Christopher Simko (Angie Agee); her great grandchildren, Allison and Abigail Agee; and her caregiver Jamie Guffey.
