She was predeceased by: her parents, Saffo Rubizzi and Areste Demo Rubizzi; her former husband Raymond G. Carnahan; her husband John Fontanesi; and her siblings, Betty Alberts (Glen), James Rubizzi (Elvira) and Eugene Rubizzi (Ruth).
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Wolfe (Richard) of Elizabeth, PA and Tia Chiesi (Lanier) of Chesterton, IN; her grandchildren, Jake Wolfe (Susan), Eric Wolfe (Ellen), Lanier Chiesi (Denyse Leady) and Camron Chiesi; and her great grandchildren, Ava Marie Chiesi, Audrey Wolfe, Toby Wolfe, Ben Wolfe and Annie Wolfe.
