He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Blannon and Alberta Blannon (Ganie). He is survived by: his wife Rose Watkins (Campbell); and his children, Demaris Watkins, Remona Watkins, Shelley Campbell, Carla Campbell, Redina Campbell, Deborah Campbell and Chaz Campbell. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
