He is survived by: his father Richard Perkoski, Sr. of Lincoln Borough; his sister Michelle Perkoski (Lee Gagliardi) of Lincoln Borough; his nephews, Cole and Tyler Perkoski; and his uncles, Ron (Sue) of Port Vue and Ken Perkoski (Laura) of Port Vue.
