He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Penick and Fannie Penick (Egnot); and his daughter Kathleen Delivuk. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Sis" Penick (Schank); his children, Janet Merk, Sharon Maxwell (Joseph) and Peter Penick; and his grandchildren, Amy Chiaverini (Joseph), David Puskaric (Mellisa), Danyel Kelly, Brooke Kelly, Gary Keller Jr., Rachael Penick and Sarah Penick. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
