It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny L. Kiefer of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Moon and Helen Moon (Magee); her son Ryan Kiefer; and her brothers, Ronald, Clyde and Alvin Moon.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Keifer; her children, Penny Walls, Darlene Walls, Crystal Kiefer, Billy Kiefer, Tabitha Kiefer, Tonya Kiefer, Heather Kiefer, Dennis Kiefer and Joseph Kiefer; and her siblings, Dennis, John, Elmer Moon, Jesse Moon and JoAnne Roney.
