He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carr and Mary Ann Carr (Fisher); his wife Madelaine "Maisie" Carr (Coulter); and his brothers, David, Arthur and John Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick K. Carr (Diane) of Coulter, Carlene Mears (Rick) of Fairfield, CA and Daniel K. Carr (Kimberly) of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Jason Carr (Kayla), Brent Carr (Kathleen), Jon Ruzich (Holly), Jason Ruzich (Heather), Jennifer Benning, Brandon Mears, Chris Mears (Irma), Spencer Mears (Polina), Porter Mears, Meloney Chess (Jon), Valerie Carr and Tyler Carr (Alaine); his great grandchildren, Emma, Maverick, Nixon, Beckham, Everly, Gianna, Carmen, Jaycee, Gavin, Boden, Haylee, Conner, Cody, Hector, Lucia, Wendy, Carlos, Max, Jackson, Lillian, Bianca, Madalaine and Ashton; and his siblings, Daniel Carr of Connellsville and Mary Ann Maiola of North Huntingdon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
