He is survived by: his father Kenneth Ondike; his wife Carrie; his children, Ashley Purcell, Michelle "Matt" Byers, Michael "Rocky" Ondike, Jr. and Madison Ondike; his granddaughter Mia Shearer; his siblings, Tina Ondike (Michael), Cathy Ondike (Keith), Melissa Hollup Barr and Ronald Ondike; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Shields, Christina Shields, Jennifer Shields, Kendra Petrucci, Ashley Barr, Arica Barr, Andino Petrucci and Patrick Ondike; and also Joey.
