He was predeceased by: his parents, William Headings and Evelyn Headings (Hanley); his wife Vivian Headings (Brinkman); and his siblings, Gerald Headings and Patricia Fryer.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Jacko (Jeffrey) of Elizabeth Township, PA; his grandchildren, Lindsey Lynch (Colin) and Alyssa Jacko; and his siblings, William Headings (Fay) of Lewistown, PA and Mary Grace Morris of Port Vue, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
