He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Lewis and Robina Lewis (Adams); his daughter Rose Marie Burke; and his sisters, Maxine Miller and Nancy Schuster.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lewis (Lesko); his sons, Robert Lewis of Alabama and James Lewis of Sharon; his stepdaughter Lisa Lakenan (Mark) of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Zac, Brandon, Ryder, Tony, Dylan, Rachel, Ryley, Austin, Jakob, Jyllian, Autumn, Jayna, Wendy and Bradley; and his sister Donna Sternthal (Ed) of Sharon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
