She was predeceased by: her father Michael Olasin. She is survived by: her mother Grace Olasin (Naugle); her daughter Shannon Suba (Butch) of White Oak; her grandchildren, Cailyn and Spencer Suba; and her siblings, Nancy Alberts of Versailles, Kathy Fitzpatrick (Mike) of North Huntingdon and Mick Olasin (Linda) of North Huntingdon. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations in Mary Kay's honor made to the White Oak Animal Safe Haven, 2295 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.
