She was predeceased by: her parents, Mile Evanovich and Mildred Maderic Evanovich; her husband Albert Zajdel; her daughter Denise Jones; and her siblings, Helen Bitler, Grace Tyskiewiez, George Evanovich, Miles Evanovich, Mike Evanovich, Nick Evanovich and Peter Evanovich.
She is survived by: her son Paul Jones of McKeesport, PA; her granddaughters, Brandi Balza (José) of Murrysville, PA and Amy Wargo of McKeesport, PA; and her great grandchildren, José Balza, Jr. and Ashley Jankowski.
