With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margaret Marinello of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Margaret left this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Matlos and Anna Matlos (Balogh); her husband Nicholas William Marinello; and her siblings, Helen, George and Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Madeline McCarthy (Paul) of White Oak and Phillip Marinello (Lynn) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Vincent Faiello (Michelle), Steven Faiello (Aleshia) and Sara Baird (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Angelia, Stefano, Annabella, Carmella, Nico, Cora and Levi; her great great grandchildren, Cedar, Mantis and Eden; and her sister-in-law Frances Matlos. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131). A Mass was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (310 32nd St, McKeesport, PA 15132).
