She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Blanche Lewis (Leonard); her husband Richard Burtner; her son Richard A. Burtner; and her brothers, Richard, John Wesley and William Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Kelly of Port Vue and Lee Burtner (Julie) of Stoystown. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, her many great-grandchildren, her many great-great-grandchildren, and also many nieces and nephews.
