She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Dwornick and Marion Dwornick (Sorocko); her husband Frank Jesionowski; her son Dr. Gary D. Jesionowski (Roxanne); and her siblings, Dolores J. Kolodziej, Raphael and Tom Dwornick.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark F. (Linda) of North Huntingdon and Eric A. Jesionowski (Anne) of North Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Andrew Jesionowski (Michaela) of Kenilworth, IL, Matthew Jesionowski of Pittsburgh, Kimberly Jesionowski of Pittsburgh, Michael Jesionowski (Katie) of Summit, NJ, Robert Jesionowski (Lindsey) of Marshall Twp, Paige Jesionowski of Brooklyn, NY and Jacob Jesionowski of San Diego, CA; and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Emilia, Claire, Rachel, Audrey and Alyssa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
