As Lois departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lois may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lois leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Horn and Priscilla Gauntlet Horn; her husband Charles Puglia; and her brother William Horn. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Puglia (Beverly), Judy Riley (Robert) and Carol Lieberum (Mark). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, Inc. (176 Clay Pike, Irwin, PA 15642). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of God Parish (2515 Versailles Ave, McKeesport, PA 15132). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Penn Lincoln Memorial Park (14679 Lincoln Hwy, Irwin, PA 15642).
